This module brings Liberata to life, tracing its journey from its early beginnings to the dynamic organisation it is today. You’ll uncover the wide range of professional services Liberata delivers, and see how teams connect across the business lifecycle to build trusted, long term client partnerships. The module also highlights where the organisation is heading next, and helps you to reflect on which roles, values, or areas of the business spark your interest.
In this module, you’ll explore what “commercial” really means and why it plays such a key role in how Liberata works. You’ll discover the range of commercial roles across the business and what they do, from winning new clients to shaping contracts that balance business needs with social value. You’ll also look at the different pathways into commercial careers and hear directly from a commercial expert at Liberata.
You’ll dive into what operational roles are and how they keep Liberata running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll explore how teams manage processes, deliver services to clients, and maintain high standards across long term contracts, as well as the different routes into operational careers and the skills they rely on. You’ll also hear from an operational expert at Liberata.
In this module, you’ll explore how HR helps Liberata and its people thrive. You will look at how HR supports day-to-day operations and long term growth, from learning and development to recruitment, payroll, and employee relations, as well as the skills that matter most in these roles. You’ll also hear from an HR professional at Liberata and take on an activity that shows how HR connects people, ideas, and priorities across the organisation.
You’ll explore how technology has shaped Liberata’s journey and where it is heading next. You’ll see how ServiceTech, automation, and digitisation are transforming the way Liberata delivers services, while still keeping people at the heart of the organisation. You’ll also hear from a technology focused expert and take on a future-facing challenge where you decide how smart tech choices can improve the way a business works.

Once you have applied for your programme, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be notified about the outcome of your application via email at least 3 days before the programme start date. Good luck!
Yes, you can sign up to multiple programmes with us.
Most of our programmes require students to be in school/college. Some programmes require students to be based in specific regions of the UK, this is stipulated by the organisations themselves, and is not defined by Springpod.
However, the ages mentioned on our programmes are more of a guideline than a strict limit. As such, we more than welcome older students to apply as well!
You will receive a certificate on completion of your programme. It will be made available to download whenever your programme is marked as complete.
